  • Bid-ready line-item takeoffs in Excel or your preferred layout, marked-up or highlighted plans for the field, clear assumptions so pricing stays defensible, and quantities you can use for bidding and procurement.

  • Send PDF drawings, a Dropbox link, or a portal link. Include the bid date and which trades are in scope when you can, then ESTIMAX confirms scope, turnaround, and delivery date.

  • Yes. Revisions are available when plans change or addenda come in. We confirm the revision allowance when you request the quote.
